President | Hakim Din
Hakim Din, President and Chair of the Board
Hakim was elected President of Scottish Squash in March 2025.
Having been Chair of his club SSRC in Glasgow Glasgow club for the past six years, Hakim steered the club through the challenges of Covid early in his tenure.
Working alongside club coaches, Hakim has worked with local schools and the wider community to promote and introduce the sport to new audiences.
He is a member of Scottish Squash’s Equality and Diversity Committee, and has worked with Scottish Squash to ensure the game is accessible to underrepresented groups.
A keen squash player, Hakim previously represented SSRC in the West Scotland Squash Leagues.
Chief Executive Officer | Paul Macari
Paul Macari, Chief Executive Officer
Paul was appointed CEO of Scottish Squash in March 2025.
Prior to joining Scottish Squash, Paul worked for 8 years at Cricket Scotland as Head of Operations and Commercial and prior to that had worked within commercial sport, leisure and hospitality.
He has also been involved in the sport of squash for over 40 years and as well as continuing to play squash for Watsonian SRC, Paul has held previous voluntary roles with his club, East of Scotland Squash and Scottish Squash as a former President.
In his role as CEO, Paul is responsible for providing strategic leadership to SSL, overseeing the management and governance of the organisation as well as ensuring the delivery of the sports strategy “Together for Squash in Scotland”.
Vice-President (Central Nominee) | Marc Hope
Marc Hope, Vice President & Central Regional Director
Marc was appointed Vice-President in March 2025 and represents the Central region on the board.
Marc has prolific experience and in-depth understanding of funding national and international sport. He is extremely well connected within the world of sport – governing bodies, teams, major events and brands.
He also played a pivotal role driving the sponsorship programme for four years through to the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games and brought in the multi-million-pound Müller deal, first as a Team GB sponsor, then British Athletics’ lead sponsor in what is now an eight-year deal.
Marc has previous strong governing body board experience with GB Taekwondo in the build-up to and through London 2012.
He also served for many years as a board member and latterly Vice Chair of London Youth Games, also bringing in their title sponsors. He is proud to have been very engaged on the diversity, equality and inclusion drive.

David Myers
David joined the board in 2025 and represents the Eat of Scotland Squash & Racketball Association. David play squash for Hatton Squash Club and masters competitions.
Director (Grampian Nominee) | Tommy van Huuksloot
Tommy Van Huuksloot
Tommy joined the board in 2023 and represents Grampian Squash Association and is chair of the Risk, HR and Compliance sub-committee.
Tommy is a member of Garioch Squash Club.
Director (Highlands & Islands Nominee) | Frank MacCulloch
Frank MacCulloch
Frank joined the board in 2024 and represents Highlands & Islands Squash Association and sits on the Risk, HR and Compliance sub-committee.
Frank is a member of Sutherland Squash Club.

Finance Director | Adrian Richmond
Adrian is a qualified Chartered Accountant and to co-founder of Argyll Partners.
He plays squash at Edinburgh Sports Club and has represented Scotland Masters at the Home Internationals.
Non Executive Director | Georgia Adderley
Georgia is a professional squash player ranked in the top 25 in PSA rankings. and is the current national women’s seniors champion.
She was elected as the players representative on the board in 2025.
