THRIVE High Performance Coach Development Programme

THRIVE – High Performance Coach Development Programme

We are delighted to announce a refreshed THRIVE – High Performance Coach Development Programme for season 2025/26.

This year’s programme will be laser-focused on supporting coaches to develop talented young performance players, with a smaller cohort allowing for personalised support.

Coaches will work closely with Scottish Squash performance staff to help players reach their full potential.

All in-person sessions will take place at Oriam, providing participants the chance to observe high-performance athletes and the support systems around them in action.

Programme structure

  • Four in-person sessions at Oriam
  • THRIVE: Bitesize online calls covering key topics across the season
  • Dates scheduled with participants, first session scheduled for week beginning 29th September

WHAT CANDIDATES HAVE TO SAY

“Being a part of the Scottish Squash Thrive Coach Development Programme has been an invaluable part of my development as a coach. The Programme makes me feel part of a community of active coaches in Scotland, where we can share ideas, discuss ways to improve coaching in Scotland, and attend presentations from visiting coaches that inspire me to further develop my coaching and business.”
