We recognise our duty to promote safe practices and to protect all participants from harm, abuse, discrimination, and exploitation.
We take matters of integrity seriously and understand that raising concerns can be difficult – particularly when those involved are known to you.
How do I report a concern?
Complete the form below. Submissions will be shared with experienced representatives of Scottish Squash’s disciplinary and safeguarding teams, depending on the level of support and action required.
Who can use this service?
Anyone in possession of information related to safeguarding matters or a plausible case of abuse/harassment, discrimination and/or other integrity issues.
What information can be reported?

- Safeguarding: when you believe that someone may be at risk of harm.
- Abuse and/or harassment: when you have witnessed harassment and/or abuse.
- Discrimination: when you have seen discrimination of any kind taking place.
- Other integrity issues.
This list isn’t exhaustive. If something doesn’t feel right, please speak up.
Sharing any concerns, no matter how small, helps Scottish Squash take the necessary steps to safeguard everyone involved in the sport. Your information matters.
Once information has been passed on, it will be assessed and a decision made where the information is best progressed, including if need be, the Police.
Clubs and individuals can also contact the Child Wellbeing and Protection in Sport Unit of Children 1st directly at 0141 419 1156 for advice, guidance and help.
If you have an immediate concern about the safety of a child, contact the police on either 101 or 999.
