RECAP: first Primary School Regional Competition proves a hit

Grange Sports Club played host to a day of exciting and enjoyable squash action, as 4 primary schools from across the East Region came together to battle it out at our first regional primary school event.

The event was a celebration of school activity and championed those offering pupils regular squash and racketball opportunities.

After 30 fixtures, across 5 well contested and excellently played rounds the final standings read as follows:

Final Standings

School A B C D E Points Rank
A Musselburgh Burgh Primary 1  x 2-1 0-3 0-3 0-3 2 4

SSRL would like to thank everyone who took part, Grange Sports Club for hosting and the volunteers who gave up their time to officiate.

The pupils represented their schools wonderfully and were a credit to the game of squash.
